Emails are usually replied in the same day as fast as possible. If your problem requires inmediate attention, we'll give priority to your message.  If you need technical assistance we'll gladly help you install the necessary software to use during the classes.

If you are a member and need inmediate assistance we'll provide you with a pager email so you can contact your teacher instantly. They will try to get in touch with you as soon as possible to assist you.
